Quick add#

Turn on Show add to cart button in a section with product cards, such as Featured collection or Product grid.

Products with a single variant show Add to bag and are added straight to the cart.
Products with options, or with purchase options, show Choose options. It opens a panel where customers pick a variant, quantity and purchase option without leaving the page. View full details opens the product page with the chosen variant.

On touch screens the button is always shown; on other screens it appears when customers hover over or focus the card.

Choose Cart type in Theme settings > Cart:

Drawer: adding a product opens the cart in a panel at the side of the page.
Page: customers stay where they are and see a short message with a link to the cart page.

Customers can change quantities and remove items. Removing an item offers Undo.
If a customer asks for more than you have in stock, the cart shows the quantity available and explains why.
Each line shows its options, subscription plan, discounts and unit price. Prices before a sale or subscription saving are crossed out.
Show cart note adds an order note, in the cart drawer and on the cart page.
Automatic discounts are shown on each line and in the total. Customers enter discount codes at checkout.
On phones, the cart page shows a bar with the total and checkout button until the order summary scrolls into view.
